Life Skills Block (LSB), our after school program, is full of independent play and lots of possibilities! A Micro staff member will oversee the afternoon, leading occasional activities and giving students the freedom to pursue their interests from art, to soccer, to digging in the dirt. We are also partnering with Susan Calkin’s Pottery and Sweet Ridge Studios this semester to offer even more opportunities to our community.
LSB is offered Monday – Friday, from 3-6 pm at a cost of $18 per day per student enrolled. We accommodate drop-ins based on availability at a rate of $25 per day for families who just need the occasional after school care. Our add on classes are offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays currently. Add on classes take place from approximately 4-5 pm for those signed up and cost between $36-40 per day per student enrolled, which includes LSB coverage from 3-6 pm. A Micro teacher will pick up Edison Elementary School students at dismissal and walk them to Micro on any days enrolled.
